We’re here to help.

Jeoung Concierge is Korea’s largest medical tourism service provider specializing in plastic surgery, skin care, dental, hair transplantation and more. Jeoung helps international patients to get this procedures and makes the process simple and easy.

Yes. Jeoung Concierge is legally registered as a Korean company and has the Korean medical tourism license provided for by the Korean government. Jeoung also has a series of other licenses allowing it to do business across multiple categories in Korea.

It is not mandatory. However, for patients unfamiliar with the Korean language, healthcare system, or local logistics, a concierge service significantly reduces stress and communication risks.

Not necessarily. Some concierge services are compensated by partner clinics, while others charge service fees. It is important to clarify pricing transparency before proceeding.

Typically:

  1. Online consultation (photos, medical history, goals)
  2. Clinic recommendations and price estimates
  3. Treatment planning
  4. Travel coordination
  5. In-person consultation and procedure
  6. Recovery and Post-op Care

Jeoung offers every language. English is our basic language and we also provide Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Thailand and Russian-speaking coordinators.

Yes. Some patients arrange their own clinic but hire a concierge solely for medical interpretation during consultations and surgery days.

Many concierge services provide airport pickup, clinic transfers, and hotel coordination to ensure smooth logistics.

Yes. Services often recommend accommodations based on budget, recovery needs, and proximity to the clinic.

Jeoung Concierge works only with carefully vetted partner clinics. Every clinic is reviewed through a structured screening process—covering medical licensing, specialist credentials, facility standards, patient safety systems, and treatment outcomes—before we recommend them to clients. Clinic selection is then personalized based on the patient’s procedure type, budget, and the specific expertise they’re looking for, so each recommendation is precise, transparent, and safety-first.

No. We are not limited to suggesting only a small group of fixed partner hospitals.

Jeoung Concierge maintains a database of over 1,000 partner clinics, including detailed procedure data and pricing structures. When recommending a clinic, we carefully analyze the patient’s medical condition, aesthetic goals, budget range, and recovery timeline, along with each clinic’s surgical quality, specialist expertise, safety standards, and overall reputation.

Based on this comprehensive evaluation process, we selectively narrow down and recommend the most suitable and high-quality options for each individual patient — prioritizing safety, results, and transparency above all else.

No. A major part of our vetting process is ensuring price transparency. We fight to ensure you pay the same rates as locals, with no hidden “tourist taxes.”
Personalized concierge services are available upon request and billed separately for those who desire additional support.

Yes. Email us or send us whatsapp with your desired treatments and travel dates. We will handle the booking immediately.

Yes. Jeoung Concierge ensures that you can consult directly with the surgeon. We coordinate and facilitate one-on-one communication with the clinic director or specialist—either through an online consultation prior to your visit or in person once you arrive in Korea.

Our role is to arrange and streamline the process so you receive clear, direct medical guidance from the surgeon while we support you with translation, scheduling, and overall care coordination.

Reputable services provide documented clinical cases. However, patients should always request authentic case photos and confirm surgeon credentials independently.

An online consultation offers clarity, confidence, and strategic planning before you even board your flight.

Here are the key advantages:

1. Early Expert Evaluation
You can receive a preliminary assessment from the surgeon based on your photos, medical history, and goals. This helps determine whether you are a suitable candidate and what procedures may be recommended.

2. Transparent Quotation & Cost Planning
You will receive an estimated treatment plan and cost breakdown in advance, allowing you to budget accurately and avoid unexpected expenses.

3. Time Efficiency
Pre-consulting online significantly reduces in-person consultation time in Korea and helps streamline your surgical schedule.

4. Travel Planning Confidence
You can confirm the expected recovery period, required length of stay, and follow-up schedule before booking flights and accommodation.

5. Procedure Strategy Alignment
For complex procedures such as plastic surgery, an online consultation allows for detailed discussion of expectations, surgical approach, and realistic outcomes — ensuring alignment between you and the surgeon.

6. Reduced Uncertainty & Stress
Knowing your options and having a preliminary plan in place before arrival provides peace of mind and allows you to travel with confidence.

At Jeoung Medical Concierge, we coordinate these online consultations directly with the clinic director or specialist, ensuring accurate communication and structured pre-travel planning.

Booking independently can often involve navigating language barriers, unclear pricing structures, and online reviews that may lack verification or context. For international patients, this can create uncertainty at every stage of the process.

Jeoung Concierge removes that uncertainty. We provide access to carefully vetted clinics, transparent and pre-confirmed quotations, and on-the-ground local support throughout your journey — typically at no additional cost to you. Our role is to ensure clarity, fairness, and a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-treatment care.

For skincare and non-surgical treatments, we recommend booking approximately 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred clinic and appointment time.

For plastic surgery procedures, we advise reaching out 1–3 months prior to your planned travel. This allows sufficient time for in-depth consultations, surgeon selection, transparent quotation review, and any necessary pre-operative assessments or medical clearances.

Early planning ensures a smooth, well-coordinated experience tailored to your schedule and treatment goals.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are determined by the specific clinic you book with, as each medical provider maintains its own guidelines.

Jeoung Concierge will manage all communication on your behalf should you need to modify or cancel your appointment, ensuring the process is handled smoothly and professionally. However, please note that certain clinics may retain a deposit or apply a fee for last-minute cancellations or schedule changes, particularly for surgical procedures.

We always provide full transparency regarding each clinic’s policy in advance so you can plan with confidence.

Payments are typically made directly to the clinic. Methods may include credit card, bank transfer, or cash. Deposit policies vary by clinic.

Cancellation terms depend on both the clinic and the concierge provider. Always review refund conditions before confirming your procedure.

Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered by insurance. Medically necessary procedures may qualify depending on your provider and country.

Our concierge services are provided on a fully complimentary basis, and all medical payments are made directly to the clinic for full transparency.

For plastic surgery inquiries, we offer a dedicated 45-minute strategic consultation due to the complexity and individualized nature of surgical planning. A modest consultation fee applies to this in-depth session, which is fully credited toward your procedure should you choose to proceed with surgery through Jeoung Concierge.

This structure allows us to provide thoughtful, high-level guidance while ensuring your investment is applied directly to your treatment.

No.

Price integrity is a core part of our vetting and partnership standards. As part of our internal review process, we verify transparent fee structures and monitor pricing consistency to ensure fairness for international patients.

Our clients are charged the same standard rates as local patients, with no inflated “foreigner” pricing or hidden surcharges. We advocate on your behalf to maintain clarity, fairness, and full transparency from consultation through final billing.

When you travel to Korea and visit a clinic through Jeoung Medical Concierge, you receive comprehensive, on-the-ground support designed to make your experience seamless, comfortable, and stress-free.

Our additional services include:

  • Medication Price Support: Assistance in securing fair and transparent pricing for major prescribed medications when applicable.

Length of stay depends on the procedure. Minor treatments may require 3–5 days, while surgical procedures may require 7–14 days for follow-ups.

Jeoung Concierge services may assist with:

  • Follow-up appointments
  • Medication pickup
  • Stitch removal scheduling
  • Recovery treatments (lymphatic massage, laser care, etc.)
